Celebrating the start of Wimbledon, our “cocktail of the week” is the Wimbledon Margarita. Originally created by the Four Seasons Hotel in London, this version of the classic margarita is made with tequila, cointreau, and lime juice, but has added pineapple juice and agave syrup.
Make one for yourself, or a pitcher for your friends… and enjoy!
- 2 oz. Ocho Tequila
- 1-1/2 oz. Cointreau
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1-1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz. agave syrup
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, and shake well. Strain into tumbler over crushed ice.
