Tennis players, this 30-minute upper body workout is for you!

Your arms, shoulders, chest, back and abs will be feeling tight and toned after fitness and dance expert Nicole Steen works them out in this 30-minute, no-equipment routine!

After a brief warm up, Nicole leads you through an arm and shoulder series which also works your chest and back. You’ll be surprised by how much you feel the burn — but it’s a GOOD burn! Then, it’s on to those abs, followed by a much-deserved stretch. And don’t worry about it being too difficult, as Kaycee (on the left) is doing a modified workout that you can follow if you need to :-)
