Motivational Monday: Laughter Is The Best Medicine

Hahahahahaha!!! It’s motivational Monday, and today, I’m laughing – and not because someone told me a funny joke.

Today, I’m revealing a snippet of my life to show you that when life throws you challenges (and it does every day!!), DON’T GET MAD! Find the humor in it and LAUGH!! Watch my video and you’ll see what I mean. I had a lot going on that could have really made me furious, but I’m laughing about anyway! Just look at all the things that have happened in the past, that you laugh about now. My point? Save yourself the grief about what’s happening now, and start laughing now!!
