Motivational Monday: Do. Do. DO IT!

Good morning, everyone!! Today is not just Monday, the first day of your week. It’s the first day of the rest of your life!

Have you heard this quote:

“Strength doesn’t come from what you can do, it comes from overcoming what you thought you couldn’t do.” — Rikki Rogers, author

It makes perfect sense, doesn’t it? We all have the tendency to live a life of repetition. We eat the same foods. We go to the same places. We do the same workouts – or don’t work out at all.

Of course we do, because we know we already like (or don’t like) those things. Those are “safe” choices. But what about everything else in this world that we are denying ourselves because we’re afraid of rejection or failure? Those things that we have no idea that would be so amazing and some, maybe even life-changing for the better?
