10 Things To Tell Yourself When You Don’t Want To Work Out

You’ve given yourself a gazillon excuses not to work out…but deep down, there’s a part of you that knows you should.

When you need a little fitness inspiration, tell yourself at least one of these phrases to help tap into your motivation to put on your workout gear and get your sweat on. You’ve got this!

“I always feel better after I’m done.”

“Every workout brings me closer to my goals.”

“A short workout is better than no workout.”

“Dinner (or breakfast or lunch) will taste so much better after I’m done.”

“I’ll sleep better tonight.”

“Today’s workout is tomorrow’s body.”

“I can rest when I’m done.”

“I won’t regret this.”

“I’m lucky that I’m able to work out.”

“It’s only one hour (30 minutes?) out of my 24-hour day. I can make time for it.”

Life is too short, peeps…record those TV shows and watch them after your workout! You’ll be so glad you did!
